Other collaborations
In addition to the large collaborative research initiatives that have led to the establishment of ARC Research Units, there are a considerable number of collaborations between individual researchers at ARC institutions. These are too numerous to list but several initiatives have brought together researchers at different institutions working in related areas. These have been of enormous value in increasing awareness of expertise, facilities and shared interests arising from apparently disparate disciplines and have led to new collaborations and research projects.Suggestions for future initiatives are very welcome – please contact ARC Research Director, Professor Jim Prosser.
